Well, seems that it's not.
You can send a ticket to support, and as long as you can prove you're the real owner of the copy (you might have to send them pictures of the original game boxes with keycodes you've used, so be sure to find them), they should be able to reset your password and send you the email used. You can also hit Reset Password option just below the log in fields as you start up the game. Finally, you can bribe your brother into telling you the real u/p data.

Well first of all, is the email address still valid? I know Hotmail tends to delete them after a while of inactivity. Assuming however that this is not the case, you will have to recover that account as those codes are one use. I would recommend using the password recovery service on the log in page and just changing your password. If you want, you can even change it back. If it still says it is invalid after this, contact customer service at the URL below and see what they can do.

Well the thing is he did tell me the real ones its just like he had to reset some thing with his email do to some one having hacked it or whatever.
Now I have no camera but I do have the original key code that they might be able to go through there and see its not a stolen one?
Ok so I sent my problem into their customer support...
Hopefully their able to fix the problem and I'm able to play this game again.

Yeah I see that box but problem is I cant remember any of my characters name I remember I had one named WahYah but I already tried that so I either deleted that character but then again I think I might have deleted them all so if thats a must then I'm totally screwed. :s anyways I sent them a support ticket (several hours ago) hopefully they get back with me.
I mean I atleast got proof of cd key and what not so that should help in the case that I actually bought this dang thing...hopefully they just let me reset it all and let me use a new email/password and whatever on that cd key.
Anyways thanks for all the help.

E-mail address used for an account can't be reset, it can only be reminded. It doesn't matter if the actual mailbox still exists or not. After you link GW's account with NCSoft's master account (not advised by many, essential for getting points for HoM), you can change e-mail address for correspondence, but you're stuck with the original login.
Remember all the names in GW are composed of two words, it might help you find out what character you had.
It might take a few days for the support to answer, so do not be bothered by it. If it takes more than a week, send them another ticket, include the case number there and explain that you're worried your old ticket might have been overlooked.

The best character to play is the one you enjoy most. (There is no "best").
Tanking has never been a good idea in GW.
If it's been that long since you've played, you may as well just think of it as a new game and start from scratch.
